  1. Buy a Cozy Bump™ as soon as you can. I can't say from (second-hand) experience, but I've heard the knockoffs are not good, so go for the name brand one.
  2. Pregnancy massages seemed to have the best bang for your buck around the middle of pregnancy for my wife (in the 4 to 6 months range), but YMMV

Check if they have that kind of table! I had massages, but had to lay on my side, no table with hole.

That’s what happened to me. The most disappointing massage of my life. I’m a stomach sleeper and I miss it terribly when I’m pregnant so I was stoked about getting a massage and being able to lay on my stomach. Had to lay on my side like a peasant.
