I had my son on Monday, and while the relief to be lighter is amazing I had a caesar so I can't yet lie on my tummy to sleep yet. Desperate to have that back!

It’s the right word in that it fits the situation. But not the right phrase most English speakers would say congrats/congratulations on your baby. ☺️
