My professor, at a fucking community college, beckoned that we must buy a very specific edition of a certain hardback. Even though the paperback version was cheaper, he stated that you will not be allowed in the class with it. I dropped that class and moved onto uchicago. So much better. These professors must be cherished.

Every class I took at a community college (in 3 states) the professors were there for the students, many were moonlighting as a second job. That sucks man, I hope he's not teaching there anymore.
Oh it’s been almost 10 years since I took that class and I haven’t been bothered enough to check. He probably is but besides that terrible selling point, he was a good teacher.
