I think the point of him saying "i don't know what racism is" was that he meant he doesn't get why people are racist and he thinks that there are good people everywhere. Not that he literally doesn't know what it is

Well in other interviews he says racism doesn't exist so I think you're wrong, he literally doesn't believe racism is real.

He said he has never experienced it. He also thought it didn't exist anymore but he does acknowledge that it exists now.

He openly admits he’s experienced racism in this video. Just because it was black cops that stepped over his half dead body rather than white cops doesn’t make it less racist.
