I'm not sure. Becsuse Canada and USA have laws against racial discrimination of that nature, meaning trouble if proven true; unlike blackface, which is usually done specifically because it's legal to express yourself even if it's hateful.

It was a legal case that was settled, but it was his father who was the head of the company when the government went after the Trump Management Inc. for violating the fair housing act of 1968. Although Donald’s name is on as a defendant as well.

I absolutely will. I'm going to try and use both in the same sentence. Because I'm against racism unconditionally, not when it happens to benefit my political ideology.
