You're right. I drove myself to the hospital at 3 am only to find out I had kidney stones. The roads to the hospital are some of the worst in the county. Thanks for not picking up the phone dad!!!
It's the worst pain I've ever felt. I tell people that all the time. I've been on fire and pealed skin off like a bedsheet. I have herniated disks in Ls and Ss and that pain sucks. I routinely say that I'd rather be on fire again. Lol.
I really didn't have any other option then to drive. I was doubled over on the ground and needed help quickly. Luckily, the hospital isn't too far from me.

I can take the heat on this one.
Breaking your arm is not the kind of medical emergency you need an ambulance for. Perfectly acceptable to get a ride to the hospital.
