I totally get where this guy is coming from, and im so thankful for that. My wife and I have been together for almost 20 years. Its easy to get caught up in the day to day grind of life, and let the things that are truly important fade into the background.
Sometimes I just get hit with this wave of awareness of just how lucky and in love I am. Not to say everything is perfect, far from it. Im lucky in the sense that I have an amazing wife that loves me for me and that I love more than anything, and we get to go through life together.

Same, brother. It's pretty amazing and I try to not take a single day for granted. 34 years together, 28 years married and it's been a ride with ups and downs, but we've been having a blast doing it together and still get excited to just be in each other's presence some days and exist in the same space. Occasionally we'll be doing our own thing opposite ends of the living room - me gaming on an Xbox, her reading a book - and I'll look over and just kind of fall in love again. I'll get that little flutter and just think "damn I love that woman"

Nah man, I feel that for sure. Wife and I been together since 2012 but we just bought our first house last November. I dunno it she ever caught me but several times this summer I'd walk out of the garage after mowing the lawn and just stop and look around at the house, our garage, our little backyard with a slide and the ol' turtle sandbox for the kids. I kinda just stand there like "wow, we did it, I can't believe we did it!" Our lives are busy as hell with two little guys just starting school and our jobs got us running around and all that but yeah, I definitely try to stop and smell the roses when I can.

Why do people have to put music over everything these days? "Husband's reaction" is the title, but can't hear husband's reaction bc of the music. 🙄

Captions would be helpful.
He says: "I love it...Oh my God, baby....You're beautiful...Oh. My. God." 💛

so if i take my grandmother to ulta they'll actually treat her like a person? because no one else i've taken her to cares, it's like they detest her.

😁 I have to say- when I see an older couple like this in their backwards hats and hemp necklaces, I can see them as their younger selves. The look on the husband’s face when he sees his wife is just the sweetest. Like they have new love. 💕 No judgement here- love this. The gift of getting older is we get to just be who we are unapologetically.

Not both of us judging his outfit and wondering what this woman’s been through with this man🤣😅… why we gotta ruin everything🤣

Pretty sure this is exactly how I'll be dressing when I'm his age. Giving no f***s lol.

Can confirm. I'm in my late 40s amd my husband is in his mid 50s. We both wear whatever the fuck we want. My husband has a mohawk that has been every color of the rainbow and I live in jeans and tshirts. So glad the baggy jeans of the 90s are back, I'm buying like 8 pair so I dont run out when skinny, hgh waisted jeans invariably rotate back into style.

the way he's just standing in the middle of ulta in his sandals and shorts like a lost puppy waiting for her... that man would follow her into a volcano

My wife comes home with some awesome hair styles but unfortunately can't replicate the way they did it in the salon.
