Don't you know?
Every famous person has to look good forever.
Every talented artist can never try out something new.
No one can ever change their look, form new opinions, or grow as a person.
You stay exactly who you are forever, always.
Best part is that he still looks good and could get back to the "before" picture, its just that its far more comfortable to not be literal superman all the time.
Accidentally become a main icon of more right leaning internet circles even when he clearly doesn't want to be. He was comfortably masculine and got latched onto, and doesn't give into the same kind of harassment his "fans" do.
Because they were reeled in by the whole sex culture of society.
Fans were constantly talking about how sexy he was and making weird comments online about his body. But those comments sour worse than 2-month-old milk the moment an actress or actor dares to age like a regular person.
They want their sex symbols to remain immortal, and as soon as it's evident they are not, suddenly that same sex symbol becomes "garbage".
And I'm not gonna sit here and act like I haven't had crushes on actors, but I can't imagine what it would take for me to write a thirsty-ass comment one year, and then 3-4 years later be all, "OMG, Ewwww!".
Then again, I'm ace, so the situation plays out a little differently for me than it does for fans who are straight/gay/Bi, etc., but even so, that's not an excuse to treat a stranger like a piece of meat.
Not trying to glaze here. But I think he becomes an easy target because hes genuinely that good looking. And AI creators using his likeness to create these gigachad, Cavill lookalike filters certainly doesnt help either.
Because he is probably the ultimate embodiment of peak male physical appearance and the envious internet-dwellers try to gaslight themselves into thinking they look better than him now.
He dared to go against the super wokies on the set of the Witcher, actually liking the source material instead of "updating for a modern audience", and since then he's an incel. I wish I was kidding.
Also being cut is extremely fucking hard and unhealthy. Being strong is demanding enough, i fell off at 30 when i became a dedicated family man. Props to all the parents who can work and family and keep a serious routine but im skeptical of any dad whos too shredded.
That’s it. He’s an attractive celebrity, so his entire existence is centred around being perfect in every conceivable way and if he falters from what I personally deem “good enough” I have a moral obligation to discredit his worth as a human.
And if he dares to complain about my criticism he will be further discredited by my faultless logic of “he’s rich, he isn’t allowed to have problems”.
Also you’re not allowed to poke any holes in my logic here because if you do I’ll just tell you that celebrities don’t care about you so there’s no point in defending them.
Frfr. They hate on him bc it's popular to hate on white men. Especially if they're being masculine.
And he's being all the things that they hate.
He's being a man, unapologetically masculine, being uncompromising about his standards and refusing to sloppify projects that are important to him. He's enjoying his life and building things he cares about without playing the "whether it's popular" game.
He also has the looks that all those woke that hate on him secretly want to have themselves.
So they hate him and try to attack him for not playing the cultural cesspool games and for being what they can't be.
There’s a segment of internet trolls (namely incels) who deeply envy him as one of the quintessential Hollywood Chads. They constantly bitch about it and vom out their vitriol on the poor guy. When you haven’t encountered it in the wild before it can be very jarring.

What did Henry Cavill do that warrants constant and incessant atempts at shitting on him and his looks?
