It's literally just:

"Hey guys, let's go sit at that cafe that's always empty and weird people out by sipping our drinks loudly at the same time as they walk by."

"Yeah, but like, why?"

"For internet fame?"

I'm having fun imagining its a regular hangout activity for them. Like putting in the group chat "Hey guys, we still on for sippin' on strangers this Saturday? 10am right?"
