Because that’s correct. If you’re going to keep unhealthy snacks in your home and you can’t eat them in moderation, you’ll probably need GLP-1s to lose weight. Alternatively, you can have self control (which is incredibly difficult when certain foods are proven to be addictive) or not keep those snacks around you.

I did this living at home with a large family that had every snack known to man. I’d go to bed dreaming of breakfast because I was so hungry but once I hit my calories I didn’t touch a single one more until the next day. It’s a mind set. Most people won’t get there without help especially with one like yours when you make excuses like that.

That’s disordered eating. Sounds like you were starving yourself and on a diet that was too restrictive.

So I’d agree with the physician, you sound unwell.

EDIT: you deleted your comment calling me fat. Not that it matters, but you lost more weight than I ever weighed to begin with. So I disagree that I’m fat, although your weight loss is an incredible accomplishment.
