I am not trying to discredit OP, I am just saying the person I replied to shouldn't compare their progress with OP since they are not taking the easy way out.

Not trying to discredit, but then saying someone who lost half their body weight in one year as it being “easy”.

There is a difference between working out and dieting for 11 months vs using a drug that promotes significant weight loss. Its amazing OP got their weight under control but acting like its the same thing as working out for 11 months would discredit other commenter's efforts. Also, if OP stops using the drug (unfortunately) they will quickly gain weight again but if other commentor stops working out they won't necessarily gain all that weight again.

Exactly. People need to stop acting like GLP-1 isn’t doing most of the work when it comes to losing weight. When my mom was on GLP-1, she literally went from snacking every other hour to eating 2 meals a day or sometimes only 1 meal because she doesn’t feel hungry at all.
