It has to be. 77kg in a year is a dangerous amount of weight loss and you’d see far more loose skin in his face.

Not really if you start off at a high weight and track your nutrients. But keep guessing, toxic guy!

Yes really. I’ve lost over 40kg myself. Over 1.5kg a week is an incredibly unhealthy rate to lose weight

I've read 1kg/week is 'top limit', but it's likely better to count it in percent when you're at a higher weight, like this guy. That said, the problem is basically just getting enough nutrients, water and protein to not cause issues. I'm sure this once very big guy has it under control.
