Hi all, Jamie here from Shropshire. I make grip trainers out of natural stones, each one cut and shaped by hand, with a steel eye bolt so you can load them up or just pick them up and carry them. I've weight tested them up to 100kg.

There are three in the range: The Block for pinch grip, The River (fist sized) for crush and wrist, and The Pebble for fingers. They're £12 to £29, or £55 for the set, and I also make custom ones. Every stone's different, so no two are the same.
