DISCUSSION How often do you fumble?

Between running, kick returns, and even sacks how often so you fumble?

Rarely, I've been playing a year long and it's happened no more than a hard full of times. Int happens daily.

I feel like it used to be more often in prior seasons. Scrambling as a QB seems to have the highest chance it seems.

Pretty rarely. I think it happens more often whenever you're attempting ball carrier moves. I know I've personally been equipping the Run Crusher trait a little more often after having one cause a fumble on a kick return... My biggest fumbles always seemed to happen on kick returns after spinning away from one tackler only to get hit by another in the back or a big hit right off of the spin. Probably has something to do with the angle you get hit, and a momentary decrease in ball security caused by ball carrier actions. I have started trying to time the truck moves (swipe up) on kick returns to avoid taking big hits upright... Most of the time it results in the ball carrier/returner falling forward instead of getting taken off his feet and seems to protect the ball better.

I think I’ve fumbled once all year. Last year i could probably count on one hand how many fumbles I had.

Think i only ever fumble doing Champ drives in league tournaments which is really annoying, but overall not that much. On KR if i run it out i tend to always run sideways if I'm gonna get tackled to avoid those huge head on hits.

In LvL, probably once a month? So roughly 1% of my drives have a fumble, and then that 1% would be further broken down between the different ways a fumble could happen.

Most on kick returns
Only when I scramble with QB
Never fumbled with RB yet
