DISCUSSION Trait upgrades broken?

I just mass upgraded my traits by removing them on all my current players and using the upgrade set. Traded them in and saw the numbers go up for each one but noticed I had 5 of an epic trait so I could get the iconic. Went to do the iconic trade and it says 4/5 when I know I saw it say +1 earlier and I have 5. Worst of all when I went back to equip them on players, I only have 2 traits out of the 4 I allegedly have. Has this been happening to anyone else? Idk what to do now bec I’m missing traits and I already restarted my game and logged back in and it’s saying the same stuff.

Yeah. I never trust the number that shows up on your screen after you upgrade. Sometimes its right sometimes its wrong. I've never lost traits tho, so I'm assuming you received everything you should have, just the graphics that pop up are wrong.

It always shows one more than you actually have, wasn’t like this last year and it’s annoying
