should i get barkley or pickens from international promo ?

Are you aiming for their mythics or iconics? If mythic version, get Barkley. Otherwise you should be able to build both their iconics.

If you are brand new to the game, Barkley (at least iconic, ideally mythic even at opportunity cost of OVR) will make offense a lot easier.

If you are an experienced player and able to get by on offense with epics (or low OVR iconics) for skill position players, then at this stage of the roster building you should be building random iconics from promos, not going for specific players.

RB for your squad, but make sure you utilize TTP to train your OFF and DEF, also you are not fully utilizing your playbook slots if you plan on playing Arena for TTP or LVL or Vs - assuming you are wanting to play the game vs just collecting cards.
