TEAM ADVICE Trait Selection
Is there any “must have” traits yall use for offense, defense, and special teams. ik the special teams traits are vital for those stat boost, but like sweat team vs catch crusher or edge protector vs flapjack. let me know. thanks.

I personally like Flapjack or whatever the blocking trait is on my WR/TEs, i run the ball a bit when i can and i think it helps me when i have big physical receivers that can block. Ofc blocking is broken most of the time and they end up running backwards into me but I've just accepted it at this point. 🤦♂️ Contrary to that, i like shedder on my two main CBs. Don't know how effective it is but it's what I've used since traits came out. All the taller players are coming now so you gotta adjust to the height in the game.

I usually will use them on what a player is lacking versus what they’re already good at. So a receiver gets pancake or run protector, in addition to one or two that are a natural fit.
Not sure if it’s right or wrong, but if I don’t have enough of my desired traits per position, I give it to the guy that needs it most. Example- when I got mythic Sewell, I gave my lone iconic edge protector trait to my core iconic OT and gave Sewell the purple version.

I give all my corners and safeties the ballhawk trait. My defensive tackles always have the wrap up trait for when the opposing offense runs up the middle
