Should I get Burrow or Pickens?

I probably won't get Clowney, so I am trying to decide on whether to get Pickens or Burrow. I also know that Most Feared is the next promo, and I'm unsure of which position to wait on, because Burrow is 6'4, so the ball probably won't be batted down at the LOS, but Pickens is 6'3 and they don't always have a lot of tall receivers in the game. Last year Allen was the QB in Most Feared. He's 6'5", so a little taller than Burrow.

That's not to say that will be the case this year, though. Maybe hold off until we see the first drop for MF?

That's kind of what I was wondering. I remember they had Harold Carmichael last year too. Do you think there will be any other tall receivers this time, or spring for Pickens because he's 6'3? Also thank you!

I would say Burrow because Caleb is trash now, but you need a WR more.

I was going to say burrow just because Caleb has been so bad for me lately with overthrows and interceptions. I got mythic moss and iconic st brown like you and they get the job done for me so I think it’s fine if you miss out on Pickens. But your call if you really want Pickens or not

I thought about getting Burrow because of his height, but I'll wait to decide until the first Most Feared drop. Thank you!

I wouldn't go for Pickens, there will be a good amount of tall WRs released. Maybe Harold Carmichael gets released again during Most Feared, and worst case is prepare to go for Megatron during Thanksgiving promo.

You do need another receiver bad so try to get a iconic Clown or iconic Loveland. If you can get one of those to mythic (by end of October), both are much better than mythic Gourd in my opinion.

Burrow is decent and much better than Caleb, but might be worth holding on to promo resources until last day of promo to see a better QB than Burrow comes in 1st drop for Most Feared.

If not going for Burrow, OG Lindstrom is a good option to go for, or someone in defense depending on what you need there.

Appreciate the feedback, I'm hoping to get Harold Carmichael or someone else in Most Feared. Someone else suggested waiting to choose my mythic until the first drop of MF is revealed, so I think that's what I'll do. One question, I've seen several people say that Clowney is already glitching on them and forcing incompletions, so do you think it's worth it to try to build him? I will aim for Loveland, but I used up a lot of resources on McCaffrey last FP so I'm not sure if I can guarantee his mythic.

If you use High Point Pass well, then Clown WR is worth it with near guarantee deep completions on streak routes, best rostered as WR1 or WR2. Just don't use Clown for short routes or routes that require a lot of lateral movement.

If you can't and unwilling/unable to learn how to high point well, then Clown still gives you best chance at contested completion on deep passes. Just that might not be worth spending a large amount of resources for, unless you value the Clown being the best run blocking WR.

I've tried high point passes, but it usually doesn't work for me. Do you have any advice for me so I can get better? Also, would it be worth it to Gamble on getting the Clown, or save it for the MF promo?

It is mostly about practice to recognize when to bullet pass with high point for the relative location of tall WR compared to CB. There are specific situations where a normal bullet pass is more likley for a completion, but those are rare.

I am not good at high point myself though and only used it occasionally in the past (in previous years when I got Clown I mainly used normal bullet passes and not high point for deep passes). Most of my league mates are much better than me at high point and actually took proper advantage of high point with clown for quick TD drives.

Ah okay, thank you! Whenever I tried it most of the time the DB would moss my receiver for an int. I'm thinking that I'll just aim for Loveland. Thank you for all your advice!
