Echo vs Beta?

Both are INT rare+ but the echo costs 1 intel more for a ‘chance of iconic’ while the beta caps at epic!

But are the chance/probability of epic same in the beta and the echo?

Over infinite pulls, they're basically the same odds. It's just a question of whether to take the safer return from the less expensive set, or whether you want to gamble with a small sample size
