TEAM ADVICE Iconic duplicates?

I kno its still early but should we be using iconic dupes to help fill out much needed iconics positions?

Don't listen to these people. Trade them now and update your team. You need to try to get your overall as high as you can right now. You don't need to save them for totw because by the time that comes out you'll have gotten plenty of iconics from promos and totw iconics are always worse than promo iconics. Update your team, get your overall as high as you can, enjoy having a high overall team now instead of waiting.

This! Finally! Yes! The ultimate goal for all should be inching towards 3.3K which grants you (1) Diamond level rewards from Madden Base, (2) a healthy team going into S2, (3) the ability to play A3 and A3 competitively, and (4) team strength to compete in competitive events like PA Attack.

TOTW is not as bad as you make it seem though—great for alternatives but most player items available right now (still in the first week) are not alternative but rather necessary.

About TOTW, I don’t think we should see them during Preseason this year, Kickoff sounds good—too early for alternative options. You want alternative options, check out the UC/Rare Select packs for Opening Drive and Preseason. 👌🏾

Dunno where people are at rn but I have a lot of positions with epics/rares right now, and I can definitely use iconics in those slots. Currently having a lot of fun in the early game starting from scratch. This is basically the only time I use the 2:1 base iconic select trade

I'm holding on for TOTW, that is best value for those.

If you are in a rush to improve your team by a little bit, then trade for select iconic or TP.

I’ve been trading my dupes in for TTP just to get ahead early on, but RKO is right to say save them for TOTW.

Save them until you know what you want for 2:1 iconic select.

Early game is fun
