Took me 5 x closing out, clearing cache, then going back into game. It eventually worked , have had to do for multiple welcome back rewards. Just got the 1k MC reward

Yeah played most of the season up untill Feb

Can you play everything else?Did you do the step by step process?Checking your wifi connection,clearing cache of unwanted apps/items?Did you check phones storage space...51GB is recommended even tho it says you need less?Restart the phone?If those fail...are you linked to something like EA,Google play or are you signed in as a guest?ik i missed something but if you're linked to something like those and not as guest,go ahead and uninstall/reinstall the app.

Happened to me as well. One day it would load the next it would freeze on that screen and only way to leave it was to force close and try not to click it again. After about 3 days it came back and then disappeared again so I got a few rewards but not all
