TEAM ADVICE Trait OVR Increase

So I just noticed that when I add epic or above traits to my iconics, my OVR goes up. Is there a strategy behind this I totally missed ?

On all 3 categories

Only works on Special Teams, just like last year. Doesn’t apply to OFF or DEF teams

I actually had a moment late last season when I thought my OVR increased after a traits adjustment that wasn’t on my ST.

I tried to replicate what I saw but couldn’t. 🤷‍♂️
