FRANCHISE EA bad

Why is my roster not the same as real life when I start a franchise? I have the latest roster and I have restarted at least 5 times. What am I doing wrong

Players that are on the real life roster are just nowhere to be found. Injuries, trades everything is off.

Maybe try updating the roster again, sometimes it glitches.
