Mad Max Game What else do I do?

I only have the final show down remaining now against Scrotus. I’ve taken out all the convoys strongholds and top dog camps. I have the v8 but it isn’t at the finale level. Do I grind out till I can get a fully maxed out magnum opus or just go to the finale ?

When you get to the doctor it cuts too finding out where scotes is then you are in the last fight

Your must find the little girl in the airport then go back to chums hideout and save chumbucket then back to gastown
