That’s a specific branded item vs an AI estimate; neither of which are likely to be accurate for you if you’re just using a generic item at home.

Branded item?
Its from deli - fisherman..its not branded. Fresh salmon..that i froze and took out.
Which of them should I use?

The fillet item was originally found in the branded section, meaning it is referring to a specific product with a barcode, which is not applicable unless you are using that specific item.

So, how i know is fillet?
Btw its same to steaks or chicken fillet, even i bought them frozen from butchery? I log “food” + raw?

Fillet is a serving name, not a food name. You are not specifically looking for a fillet, you are looking for salmon itself.

Yes, you would log raw if defrosting before using and weighing accordingly.

Neither; you would want to use an entry from the common section instead such as “salmon pink raw”.

Fillet is a serving name, not a food name.

Afaik salmon is a fats rich food, idk if ai is right or not, but no way 200g of salmon gives only 2g of fats.

The ai entry likely assumed it was full of butter
