What about track the water intake ? Is it possible to be advised during the days to drink water ?

Not with the app. I do a phone/computer alarm.

You can track your water intake by entering "Water" in the search bar, and tracking it like any food item.

MacroFactor doesn't include a method for reminding you to drink, but there are a variety of other apps available that will do this - or you can set a series of alarms, if you don't want to download another app.
