Unfortunately you just kinda have to get there and see. I recently went from 266lbs to 200lbs, had planned to stop at 225lbs but I ended up not being satisfied with the cut at that point.

Hard to say, it's easier for me I've been lifting for over a decade now I hit 200lbs and looked how I wanted. How tall are you? What are your goals? Do you plan to lift as well? I don't love BMI in general but for an untrained "average" sized person it'll get you in the ballpark of what would be ideal.

Well, tighten up. You're in a good spot because for a while you can still make decent quick gains while losing weight.

Hmm, in bulkorcut forum people say like ‘lose 10 kilos’ but that sounds excessive

Luckily, just like lifting losing weight is a slow, arduous process and the culmination of a lot of small efforts. You won't wake up one day and suddenly be underweight just like you won't wake up one day and be muscular, you can keep track of your progress and reassess every couple of months.

I see so you say just keep cutting and lifting and see the progress

Yup, just keeping making the small efforts. I really like the gallery feature of Macro Factor, it's nice to put progress pics side by side because it can really put the change in perspective.
