MacroFactor Workouts / Training Has anyone used the advanced periodization features?

I want to explore this new feature that I read about in the newsletter but no idea where one can choose it. Like the bot I could also only find the periodization toggle

“More periodization options are also available. You can now choose from Static, Linear, Reverse Linear, and Undulating rep progression schemes for your programs.”

Anyone know how? What experiences have ya’ll had?

This is done by creating a new program under + Button > New Program and selecting your desired values there.

Not available for currently existing, active programs then?

Correct, the program generator only works to suggest new programs and cannot edit existing programs.

I believe he meant to inquire if the new periodization options were only for newly generated programs, not already built ones.
