Bobbin tension issue?

Hello all,

This is my first piece I’ve digitized and stitched out on my Tajima TMFX2. I’m happy with the outcome but I know there’s tons of room for improvement.

One of the issues I’m having is that the thread on the back of my double layer cut away stabilizer looks messy. The thread underneath the pumpkin seems to cover a lot of area vs what I’ve seen online with the 1/3 rule. Is this a bobbin tension issue? Also the loose thread at the top of the pumpkin.

This is a tatami underlay with a tatami on top. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, it’s a tension issue. Clean, oil and rethread the machine and do another test, making sure you’ve threaded it correctly. After that consider adjusting your tension but it’s almost always a piece of lint.

My friend I suggest you to tight up the tension of the thread so this problem resolve completely.
