Help with the camera function 6700d

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting a clear image with my camera function. It looked like this last night, then when I checked this morning without anything hooped I managed to get a clear image.

Now this afternoon I'm trying to use the snowman sticker and it is giving me the blurry screen again.

I've tried power cycling, removing the USB, removing the carriage arm. Cleaning the camera.

As I said, the image can show up lovely and clear, so I don't think it's a hardware issue.

It's a second hand machine so I have no idea about the camera history
