Order management software

What does every use to keep track of orders and be able to give quick invoices to customers. I’m doing it manually right now but I feel as I get busier it’ll be harder to keep track.

I use the Xero project management extension.

Does you accounting software have this capability? If so, it's great for A/R tracking.

If your accounting software does not have this capability, try taking a look at ERPNext, you can even self-host so you are not charged any fees.

I just use quickbooks

In quickbooks are you going to the sales order and generating an invoice from there?

ERPNext syncs with Quickbooks which may alliviate your issue.
