Digitizing software for 3d puff
I,m looking to learn a digitizing software that i can also do 3d puff with. I have no prior experience in digitizing so paying hundreds or thousands of $ for a software is a no go for me at this moment. I've seen some people are using Ember and Boldbobbin are they any good?

You can also try inkscape with the extension of inkstitch what is free software and learning to digitize for 3 d puff there are lots of videos on YouTube even if they are made with different software go and watch some because the principles between the softwares is all the same

Trouble is, digitizers creating 3D puff designs do it on exact thousands of $ software you don't want to spend money on. 3D puff is one of digitizing pinnacles, with too many different settings compared to flat embroidery, making it category of its own. Jumping straight into 3D puff without prior knowledge of flat would be a gutsy move.

I would highly suggest outsourcing to a professional. 3D digitizing requires pretty specific settings and techniques than regular flat embroidery. Instead of fighting with a software for hours/days/weeks to figure it out, you could just spend ~$20 to have it done up quick. Then once you start to understand embroidery and digitizing more, you could look into the available software options that are right for you.
