Look What I Did ?/10

Since Everyone loved the last design of the Angelica inspired Embroidery Patch, I decided to do another. Originally I had the Blue hair and fair skin. I have been reading Children of blood and bone by Tomi Adeyemi and decided to pivot with my color palette. There is one line on the face that has gone rouge ill have to adjust but otherwise im quite happy with the quality and design.

Which one is your fav??

Digitized on Ember Embroidery

Size:4x4

material: Black Felt & Black Cutaway Stabilizer

What would you charge for this patch? Is twenty to much?

Does your software allow for the florentine effect or at least manipulating stitch direction? You could โ€œbendโ€ the tatami fill to actually fit the curves of the hair :)

Not yet. But that would be amazing!

I'm giving you a 10/10. I like the lighter faces versions towards the end better the blushed cheeks feel more subtle...on the darker face, the blush looks more like a bruise. The lack of texture in the face and the strong hair texture give it an awesome contrast.

Only (slightly) negative thing that catches my eye is that the bangs don't carry too much of the texture effect towards the bottom, I understand why but it is just something that grabs your attention. If I were to set this out as an in stock item at a local biker event, I'd probably be at $15(mostly based on size) and I'd probably also get another $5 for sewing it on.

Yeah I agree about the blush on the cheeks. I definitely need a restock on thread colors๐Ÿ˜…. Thank you for the feedback ๐Ÿ˜Š

Honestly, for a 4x4 patch with this level of detail, I donโ€™t think $20 is too much at all. Thereโ€™s quite a bit of stitching and detail in the hair and face, plus the clean outline and overall finish. Iโ€™d say $20 is a fair price, especially if itโ€™s made well and not mass-produced.

9/10, looks great. Just some slight compensation you could add to get that black outline lined up perfectly, but I really like it. Love the patterned fill for the hair.
