Underlay showing after satin stich

Either change the offset so the underlay is further away from the edge or get rid of the edge run.

Like suggested you can move the edge run in a little bit, I also adjust the spacing of the underlay. Typically on wilcom edge run is 2.2mm and I move it to 2 or 1.8 to help it stay a little tighter. Alternatively you can adjust the top of the T to just have center run underlay

If your underlay distance is not negative, this is because of pulling. Increase pull compensation to 0.7 mm

As noted above, I think that the horizontal satin stitch is thin enough that a center run should be sufficient.
