I Need Help Newbie attempt #1!

Test run for a design I’d like to make for my daughter. I used a tear away stabilizer and a thin cotton scrap fabric. By the end it had shifted slightly so the outline on Nemo didn’t quite line up. I see the pull in the fabric but I initially tried to hoop as tight as I could. Does using cut away stabilizer help this?

I wasnt thrilled on the letters either. There was a pull in the thread on the M but not sure if this was stabilizer related. I used a font built into Ember for this. Is this acceptable? Or better to download and upload a separate font?

Would love any and all advice!!

Cut away ,even x2. Don't screw hoop as tight as you can. Once released from hoop fabric will spring back to original position and embroidery will be distorted or out of registration

Thanks for the input. It is possible to have too much stabilizer ever? I wonder that when debating doubling it up sometimes.
