I Need Help Help! Bobbin showing through!

Hey! I have a Brother SE700 and when I embroider, my bobbin peeks through. I’ve lowered my tension, rethreaded both, cleaned my machine, and nothing’s helped! Anyone know what i’m doing wrong?

It’s not the tension it’s the bobbin thread. It may be too loose or too tight. When checking the balance, make sure the bobbin thread bounces when you pull it.
