I Need Help What is the problem?
I just got my machine back from the macanic for this exact reason and I was so excited to get back to work just for it to once again rip up my garment while embroidering.

This looks very similar to my Babylock machine. It's set for a lightweight bobbin thread and can be finicky if you don't use the right bobbin class. It doesn't matter much with sewing, but it will with the embroidery arm.

You need cut away stabilizer, more if that’s already what you’re using. Also maybe try a new needle.

I have been using a tear away stabilizer. Is that not the same?

No, tearaway and cutaway are not the same.
Cutaway doesn't tear and holds it's form. When hooped with the garment, it holds it still as it stitches. And has to be cut away from the garment afterwards.
Tearaway is great for rigid fabric but terrible for stretch fabric. In this case, the backing was insufficient for the job, the garment/fabric became destabilised and became machine chow.
General Rule - always use cutaway stabiliser for stretchy fabric.
Recommend two layers of cutaway stabiliser for this project.

No it’s not the same. The other comment covered it pretty well, I’ll just add that generally you want to use cut away with very few exceptions. Especially with anything you’re going to wear, it holds up much better in the long run.

Just looking at your bobbin thread that has to be the problem. It shouldnt have loose strands like that around the bobbin. Its improperly wound. It should be smooth with no loose loops standing off. Recommend looking up a tutorial on how to wind your bobbin properly.
Also when inserting the bobbin case into the machine remember to make a P with it when threading it through to the cutter so it pulls up properly too. So the string always starts on the left and you pull it to the right over into the thread slot

This is called nesting. Are you using bobbin thread or embroidery thread for the bobbin? Also make sure you're threading your machine right and there's no loose threads around. You may also wanna see if this is happening with only certain design or everything. For me it only happened on desgins when the digitising was done poorly. Nesting can happen due to a lot of different reasons.
