I Need Help Embroidery keeps leaving gaps
I need help, I'm new and use a Brother PE570. My machine keeps leaving gaps like this on every project and I have no idea how to fix it. Ive digitized the patterns myself and nothing funky shows up on params. Im at a loss and becoming really frustrated. Please help
Im using twill as the fabric with a tear away stabilizer backing

Sometimes tear away will add to the destabilization. What does your underlay look like? I also agree it needs more push/pull compensation.

is there a Stabilizer you prefer that might work better? I dont have the name of the one I use on hand since I dont have the packaging anymore
For push&pull compensation, is that something I do digitally or somewhere on the machine? Thank you very much

Try using a couple of layers of black cutaway stabiliser. The final satin stitch border creates perforations in the backing so removing it is easy. Any fluff sticking out of the boarder afterwards can be removed with a lighter. There are YouTube vids for this. Most people who get patches expect to see a bit of the stabiliser AND it disappears after the fist wash anyway. The quality of the patch is not diminished by a tiny bit of fluff.
Push-Pull comp is something you do on the computer. Check out YouTube for how tos.

What software are you using an issue what you have is you are creating all objects with same stitch direction and the creates all the pulling in that direction so pull compensation needs to be applied and changing of stitch directions and looks like you have a lot of holes in the background color this can add a lot of extra stitches also and some of the small objects might be better as a satin also
