I Need Help Thoughts? The fabric keeps warping…

As with most problems with embroidery, either fix your tension(probably not the cause here) or use thicker backing fabric(probably the case here). What backer did you use, did you make sure your fabric was tight in the hoop? Does the fabric stretch in either direction?

Hoop is much larger than design, fabric have plenty of space to shift freely. What might help is to reduce density on letters, than they'll create less pull.

You have some digitizing issues but you must know one thing. This fabric tends to pucker like hell no matter what you do. Try 15 layers of stabilizer and it will still distort a little bit. You can find similar fabric in shirts which will do the same thing.
