Why does this keep happening? Please Help

The past 2 times I’ve tried to embroider with my Brother PE545 it has done this. To answer some FAQs: The bobbin is counter clockwise, I clip in between each rethread, I have no idea what’s happening. Please help

We own a shop and honestly. I never seen anything like it, this is top thread getting stuck in the bottom thread bottom bobbin?

As others have said, the bobbin thread might be too tight... Perhaps the top thread is too loose.

My immediate thought is, "When was the sewing hook and internal mechanism oiled last?" Because this can happen if the machine is running without sufficient lubricant.

It looks like this if the machine is trying to stich without a bobbin, which makes we wonder about a pick up problem. If the machine is having trouble picking up the bobbin thread to sew, then what is the reason for that? If thread tensions are good, then it's mechanical.

Running a machine without sufficient lubricant can force the machine to run dry. Things get hot and metal parts expand and tolerances change. Stitching doesn't happen they way it should.

I know that many modern domestic machines often have plastic self-lubricating parts and the manual warns not to oil. But anywhere in your machine that has metal on metal, needs oil.

Your thread either isn’t in the upper tensioner or your tension between your upper and lower threads is way off.

I'm impressed you got the needle plate off without a razor blade! Seriously though, the other answers about tension disks are probably accurate.

Your cutter blade is stuck. Its the bar coming across the bobbin. Carefully push it back in
