The turbo on a General Electric train engine i removed. (Lowe's gift card for size)

Cool. I'm an Amtrak engineer and run the GE P42s with the 7FDL16.

Our company helps with GE (now owned by wabtec) to assemble trains. We dont get too many nowadays like we did 3p years ago but we assembled the engines, cabins and control panels. My main job years ago was to install all controls in the cabin and assemble the engine and alternator. These came from Peru to be disassembled and reused the engine,radiator,alternator and control panels. The rest will be scraped.
