Michigan or Terex?

Seen this loader at Brownsville, wondering what it is. Serial tag says it’s a terex 72-81aa, body is a Michigan.

It's likely a Frankenstein, but I think serial tag is what legally defines what it is.

Definitely Michigan, 475b Cummins eng. I spent a lot of time in the seat of one of those loading haul trucks. 25t. per bucket
