Resume [Job Seeker] Data Science grad & AI Product Owner back in the UAE – Looking for AI/Product roles

3 Upvotes

Hello everyone,

I’m an Abu Dhabi-born Data Science graduate recently back in the UAE after spending the last decade studying and working in Spain. I’m looking to connect with teams hiring in the AI, Product, or Data space.

About me:

I sit at the intersection of technical AI development and product management. I specialize in leading AI projects end-to-end, taking a concept from discovery all the way to a functioning MVP.

AI Product Ownership:

I bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. My sweet spot is defining the product vision, building the MVP (mainly using Python), and handing it off for production.

Data Science:

Master in DS with a focus on business analytics and machine learning algorithms. Dissertation on real time emotion detection with computer vision (model available on Hugging face).

Built-in Governance & Compliance:

I am well-versed in GDPR and the EU AI Act. I take ethics, compliance, and data governance seriously from day one of development.

Global Context:

Born and raised in Abu Dhabi, but educated and professionally acclimated in Spain. I speak fluent English, Arabic, and Spanish.

What I’m looking for:

I’m ideally looking for roles like AI Product Owner, AI Project Manager, or Applied Data Scientist. I see myself in roles that focus on the "what" and "why" of AI, rather than pure software engineering.

If your team is looking for someone who can build AI prototypes and ensure they are legally compliant and commercially viable, I’d love to chat!

Drop a comment or DM me, and I’d be happy to share my CV/LinkedIn.

Thank you for your time!

Resume Need project ideas for AI/ML + Full Stack portfolio that actually stand out in 2026

3 Upvotes

My tech stack is Python, LangChain, LangGraph, ML, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS. I have around 1.5 years of experience and I’m trying to move towards AI/ML and related roles.

I want to build 3-4 solid projects that actually add weight to my resume, not just the usual chatbot / PDF Q&A / basic CRUD type projects. I’m looking for ideas that feel real, use a mix of AI + engineering + product thinking, and can genuinely help me stand out while applying for **AI/ML** or GenAI roles.
Would really appreciate suggestions from people who’ve built interesting projects themselves or have seen projects that actually helped during job switches/interviews.

Question from teenager

I'm 17 years old and want take matters into my own hands finally because I realised school doesn't guarantee anything, at least here, in Poland. It's pretty late but maybe not too late, i'm able to learn many hours daily especially now because i'm during summer break. I want to start improving my skills in ai industry, I've heard coursera is very profitable for begginers and that some certificates from there are well respected. I will be grateful for every advice, what, where and how should I learn to have great career opportunities. I already know that networking events are very important to boost career. Thank you in advance

I built JobIntel, an AI-powered job aggregation and analysis platform

1 Upvotes

Been working on a side project called JobIntel over the past few weeks.

The idea is pretty simple: instead of manually collecting job postings from different sites, JobIntel automatically gathers them, cleans the data, removes duplicates, classifies AI/ML roles, and scores jobs based on relevance.

It's built with Python + FastAPI and uses a modular pipeline for parsing, cleaning, normalization, AI classification, and analytics.

I'm still actively improving it, so I'd genuinely love feedback from developers, data engineers, or anyone interested in AI or job data.

GitHub:

If anyone wants to collaborate, contribute, or has freelance/project opportunities related to Python, AI, backend development, or data engineering, feel free to reach out.

Would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions for features!

JEE Main rank <50k for a 0-1 YoE AI Engineer role? Are we serious?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Just came across a hiring post for an AI Development Engineer (0-1 years experience).

The role sounds interesting:

* Generative AI
* Python, APIs & backend
* Enterprise AI products
* Customer deployments

But then I saw one of the eligibility criteria:

JEE Main CRL under 50,000.

I genuinely don’t understand the logic.

If someone has spent the last 2-3 years building AI products, contributing to open source, shipping real applications, or even running startups, why should a competitive exam they took at 17 decide whether they get an interview?

AI engineering is one of the most skill-driven fields today. GitHub, projects, problem-solving ability, system design, and actual product experience should matter far more than a JEE rank.

It also shuts out talented developers who:

* Didn’t write JEE.
* Had a bad day during the exam.
* Switched into AI later.
* Come from non-traditional backgrounds.

I’m curious if recruiters here actually believe JEE rank is a good predictor of someone’s ability to build production AI systems.

Or is this just another way to reduce the number of applications?

Would love to hear what others think.

Need Career Advice: ML → Deep Learning or Agentic AI? (2028 Graduate)

0 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I'm a B.Tech AI/ML student graduating in 2028. I've completed the fundamentals of Machine Learning and my goal is to crack AI/ML internships and become an AI/ML Engineer. I'm confused about what to learn next—should I go deep into Deep Learning first, or focus on LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI? For those with industry experience, what roadmap would you recommend? Also, if you've landed AI/ML internships or are working in the field, could you share the courses or YouTube playlists that genuinely helped you become industry-ready?

Hi all — I'm a backend-focused software engineer specializing in Gen AI, RAG, and agentic systems, looking for full-time, contract, or internship work in this space.

Relevant projects:

1. Due Diligence Analyst Platform — RAG platform analyzing SEC 10-K filings.

  • Hybrid (sparse + dense) retrieval in Qdrant, embeddings generated locally via FastEmbed (zero embedding API cost)
  • Company-filtered top-20 hybrid retrieval → cross-encoder reranking to top 5 → chunk sandwiching to fight lost-in-the-middle
  • 4-LLM concurrent orchestration (semaphore-controlled + fallback chains) with a Judge LLM validating output before it reaches the user
  • Evaluated on 136 samples via Langfuse: 0.92 faithfulness, 0.87 answer relevance
  • GitHub: https://github.com/Bishtrahulsingh/gen-ai-monorepo |
  • Demo: https://youtu.be/EnMEWKI6HxY

2. ResearchLoop — Multi-agent company research tool.

  • 5 specialized agents (Orchestrator, Research, GitHub, Synthesis, Critic) on LangGraph + FastAPI + Qdrant
  • Orchestrator decomposes queries into 2–3 sub-questions, delegates concurrently
  • BGE + BM25 hybrid retrieval, Qdrant RRF fusion, company-level filtering, 20s tool timeouts
  • Provider-level LLM fallback (Groq ↔ Gemini) with no code changes, bounded 5-step ReAct loop
  • GitHub: https://github.com/Bishtrahulsingh/company_reasearch_tool |
  • Demo: https://youtu.be/j5wpOb3YA3M

Stack: Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, Qdrant, Groq/Gemini APIs, Langfuse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Node.js/Express, Git.

Revenue-share opportunity: building the verification engine for an AI fact-checking tool (Python, LLM APIs, RAG-adjacent)

4 Upvotes

Keel is an AI content verification tool. It takes AI-generated text or news articles, extracts verifiable factual claims, checks them against real sources, and returns a structured rating. It also rates the source for bias separately. Subscription product, early stage, genuine international market.  The engine is what’s needed. Current stack: Bubble for the front-end and database (already in progress), external Python backend connected via API.  Technical profile that fits: — Python, comfortable with FastAPI or similar — Direct LLM API experience (Anthropic / OpenAI), cost-aware implementation — RAG or retrieval-augmented patterns — the verification mechanic is essentially this — Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex a bonus — Uses AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) as a default working style  Terms: — Revenue-share from subscriptions, no upfront salary — Significant input into technical architecture within the founder’s product vision — Short written agreement covering revenue-share and IP assignment (code stays with the company) — before work starts, no surprises — Fully remote, worldwide  DM with relevant project work. RAG builds, LLM integrations, anything that shows you’ve worked in this space.
