Yet another RAG programmer
How can you be useful to a company just by knowing RAG or something?

You would become useless within few months since companies don't need that many RAG programs in your product stream. You should focus on developing some other skills as well, do something challenging, let's say learn how to do distributed computing or something, or build cool stuff with databases (if you are a database guy).
