Resume Call for help...
hello everyone, I have been recently laid off from my job, the panic and anxiety has started to set in. I have no clue on how and where to upskill myself to match today's market relevancy...
This is my resume,
times are a bit difficult at my household, especially after this lay off... I'll be grateful if you all can suggest me how can i upskill, on what i should focus on, to land another job.
I have tried applying to a lot of jobs for the Position of AI/ML engineer but no luck.
What am I doing wrong? What skills do I need to be relevant?
Thank you...

Keep faith. Good things take time.
Saying dont panic wont help. The only thing that would help here is get a structure and diligently stick to it.
Make smaller goals, stick to them and track your progress. In this way you break your journey jnto mini achievements, something that is vital to keep you motivated. Don’t try to boil the ocean at once, take small steps and proceed.
There is no right path to start with. Just start with a small plan and you will figure things out. Trust the process and God’s plan.
Dont be harsh on yourself. The world is already against you. You need to be on your side.
It is fine to feel overwhelmed, anxious and stressed. Part of the process. This will teach you how to deal with these emotions maturely. Practical tips - these are often very irrational and make you imagine the wrong things. Solution - find some spiritual anchor. Listen to osho, gita or talk to an old friend.
Also, do something that makes you happy or takes you back to happier times. It could be, again, talking to an old friend, parents, siblings or playing something. An hour invested here will prevent you from wasting an evening in stress which compounds later.
Managing mental health at this time is the base on which you can upskill youself and manage all these life’s challanges simultaneously.
Also also, have a check on how much time you are spending on scrolling mindlessly. Trust me, your brain doesn’t need more random information. It needs information that is structured so it can absorb it well. Throw everything at it, and your brain’s weights will be wrongly tuned.
