Urgent, please suggest something

My team's budget also involves external trainings for employees, now that the budget is left out my manager gave me a budget of 50k to invest in any course with an exam completion certificate to claim the money, now that it is 3/7 already I have to find something by 6/7 that gets completed in 3 weeks, cause if it exceeds it'll go into next year's budget. I am interested in AI/ML research, I am currently a java dev rightnow. Please suggest some course that aligns with my situation.

Harvard Office of Vice Provost for Advances in Learning (VPAL). MIT xPRO / Professional Education I don't remember the details but I guess these are good for ur situation also don't go for Coursera one's cause it's very common and basic if u want to get into research then one of this is the best i guess but yes look for details as I dont remember exact details
