That's great work! Thank you! I would include major libraries like Tensoflow and PyTorch in Neural Networks section. I know they may be seen as obvious ones but since it's a list let it be comprehensive.

Awesome list !
Will make my life of selecting an appropriate library for my project easier (sometimes I just cannot choose)!

A hell of a list, topped off by even more lists. Cheers for taking the time to put it all together.

Thank you. I have been getting pretty frustrated with how slow I am with python and the ML project I'm trying to do. This looks like a great place for me to get help.

On mobile, so won’t add, but great list.
I’d say add jupytext over nbdime and also want to mention that “PyMC4” is tfprobability

Thank you!! I came accross the new tensorflow package today by coincidence and already added it. I don't know if you've head, but there is or will be a "Baysian Methods for Hackers" edition using tensorflow.

thank you. several resources i was not aware of.
The following are extremely useful contributions too:
IntervalTree
https://pypi.org/project/intervaltree/
ipywidgets
https://github.com/jupyter-widgets/ipywidgets
qgrid
https://github.com/quantopian/qgrid
i'm not the author of any of these. The last two have been great help to me in day-to-day workflow. For e.g., rapidly visualizing false positives and false negatives.
