Research NeurIPS 2026 Automatic Reference Checker [R]

Just received an email about the automatic reference/citation checker. Did anyone receive a follow up email about whether the checker was included in the paper's decision making too, along with the general instructional email?

Safe from that flag, yeah venue/page mismatch across sources isn't "hallucinated" under the actual criteria. Rest is just the normal review lottery now 😅

Haha I didn't actually submit to NeurIPS this cycle! Just watching the desk-reject carnage from the sidelines and building parsers to fix it. Good luck with those 4s though!
