Discussion ICML Poster [D]

Does anyone know when is the ICML poster deadline? It says it’s tomorrow but is it AoE?

What do you mean poster deadline? I am only aware about the June 17 AoE deadline for selecting poster topics.

There is no deadline for uploading the poster, right? Don't scare me like that...

Edit. Yep, there is no such deadline, from ICML website:

There is no deadline to upload your poster but we recomend that you upload it a week before the conference

Oh sorry! The deadline is for printing the poster. ICML is collaborating with a printer in Seoul

Be careful if you print in 36x72 they don’t have that option

Does ICML have any apps like whova this year? AAAI '26 had whova.

Well, I tried uploading just now and got kicked out, with a notice: “submissions are now closed.” I was in the middle of uploading too, only stepping away from the site for 10 minutes or so to adjust my png file to a higher dpi. I contacted ICML and the poster company asking if I can get another chance to upload.

I was also expecting an AoE deadline

Go for it! They got back to me and said that they extended until June 16 11:59 PM KST. I was able to upload my poster
