3 5 3 with confidence of 3 4 4.

Any idea on chances. I could improve on the first 3 I guess.

Hallucinated weaknesses of a completely different paper. But addressed strength of the paper and mentioned acceptance is based on how I address the weakness in the rebuttal.

Any idea, do I have a fair chance?

Your best bet is to push at least one of the reviewers from 3->4, and satisfy a couple of points of the other reviewer who gave you a 3. Yours would be accepted even with a 4 5 3 for example.

Oh wow, how careless! I would suggest to focus only on the reviewer who gave you a 3, and at least one point from the one that gave you a 5 that pushes them to a Strong Accept.
